Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or FastWay within 3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.
Deliveries can take up to 10 working days to deliver the parcels once we have posted them – please be patient and we suggest trying your local post office in case they are holding a parcel for you, then if they do not have your parcel please contact us by email.
